CATlas-Search

Usage Tips:

Follow these simple steps to visualize genomic data using our search interface:

  1. Input the datasets or cell types: Start by entering the names of the datasets or specific cell types you are interested in exploring. This field support autocomplete to help you find available options quickly.
  2. Input the interested genome region for tracks visualization: Specify the genomic region you wish to visualize. You should provide this in a standard format like default value.
  3. Click the "Submit" button: After entering the necessary information, click the Submit button.

Examples 1 (Dataset) : Human brain Mouse Brain
Examples 2 (Cell Class) : GLUT Glutamatergic Neuron
Examples 3 (Cell Subclass) : VIP VIP+ GABAergic neurons
Examples 4 (Cell Type) : VIP_1 VIP+ GABAergic neurons - type 1
Optional: IGV track load region
