Comprehensive atlas for regulatory elements and functional annotations

Cis-element Atlas (CATlas), is a crowdsourcing resource that curates comprehensive reference maps of cis-regulatory elements identified from single-cell epigenetic datasets.
It allows researchers to 1) explore cell populations across various tissues and organisms at single-cell resolution, 2) compare epigenetic signals across cell types, 3) decipher regulatory codes from deep-learning models, and 4) generate functional predictions.
